This slab supports a drinking fountain next to the new Parliament House in Canberra. Frank was commissioned by the R.S.L to write a piece for the memorial that would grace the new Parliamentary precinct.
From the site, the things service personnel held in their heart are visible; democracy (the parliament itself), the arts (National Gallery), the law (High Court), freedom of religious and spiritual  pursuit (St Andrews and other religious institutions), the people and the land.
